Community Remodeling
Associated has successfully completed numerous remodeling projects in the resort and retirement communities of Arizona and California. We work with some of the largest owners / operators in the industry. Our scope of work ranges from small repairs to large scale remodeling. We handle concept development, design, city and county permitting and interfacing with local planning departments.

Pool Projects
We also remodel and upgrade community and private pools. Our pool expertise includes refinishing and resurfacing, repairs and modifications, decks, fencing, walls and gates. We handle all aspects of the project: repair and modifications, inspections and all paperwork. We have years of experience in bringing community pools up to code in Maricopa County. Construction
Other areas of expertise include decorative driveways, landscaping, fireplaces, and outdoor patios and barbeques. Other services offered include tiling, framing and drywall, electrical work, plumbing, air-conditioning and heating, masonry and stucco, concrete work and painting.
